Improvement.
Not to have to explain everything to reception staff to get appt.
Not to be told to go to A and E by staff as I had to wait 4 weekends for appt.
When phoned and told by doctor to come in reception should not try to block the good.
Dr's on time. Nurse Watson.

1. I can not get my mobility scooter into the practice, so I was glad that I did not have to go out to the portacabins for my treatment/.
2. I regret that there is not an open surgery available on Saturday mornings.

Friendly but professional nurse Kim to talk and discuss any problem but not time wasting.
More nurses needed as not enough staff to carry out a blood test so have to go to Memorial Hospital!
